- Newberry Academy After-School Program
Newberry offers after-school programs for students throughout the year. There are programs that focus on art, cooking, journalism/school newspaper writing, knitting, lego building, music, basketball, photography, soccer, and reading. For more information, contact Christiana Cabrera.

- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago
Big Brothers Big Sisters focuses on helping children realize their potential and build their futures. They work with community members to provide adult mentors to the young boys and girls of Chicago.

- Marwen Inspiration Art Opportunity
Marwen provides free art classes to children who are between the ages of 6-12 and live in Chicago. The art classes include working with clay, creating movies, painting, drawing, sculpting, and more.
- Parent and Kid Art Workshops at Lakeview High School
Open to kid who attend elementary school in the Lake view area. Contact the Art Department Chair at the high school for more information.
