Diversity Week & Hands Across Newberry

During the week of April 11th – 15th, Newberry Academy celebrated its 3rd annual Diversity Week. Here is an overview of what was celebrated that week:

Monday: Different ethnicities
Tuesday: Family Diversity
Wednesday: Religious diversity
Thursday: Individuals with disabilities

Friday of that week culminated in the Hands Across Newberry celebration. All students and staff members came into the hallway, joined hands, and sang “Hands Across America.”
